Which length tiers contribute most to .eth registrar revenue?

Methodology

Revenue is RECONSTRUCTED from first principles, not summed from the on-chain cost field. For both registrations and renewals: base rent in USD = (label-tier USD per year) × (duration_years), where the duration is computed from event timestamps (NameRegistered: expiry − block_timestamp; NameRenewed: new_expiry − previous_expiry).
Tier USD prices are 3-char $640.03/yr, 4-char $160.00/yr, 5+ char $5.00/yr.
Premium component (auction surcharge during the 21-day post-grace window) is added only to NameRegistered events using the emitted premium field, converted to USD using the per-day ETH/USD price at event time. NameRenewed never has premium.
ETH equivalents are derived per-event as USD ÷ (ETH/USD on event day) and then summed - preserves cross-day comparability.
Why reconstruction instead of summing the cost field? V2/V3 ETHRegistrarController emits NameRenewed.cost = msg.value (the gross amount sent, refunded down to actual rent), not the rent price itself. Summing cost across renewals inflates revenue 10–100× since 2024. Reconstruction sidesteps this entirely and is uniform across controller versions and event types.
