Every v1 .eth name is reserved on ENSv2, and its owner can migrate it: the v1 token goes to the Graveyard and the name is registered to them on the ENSv2 .eth registry. This page lists each migration as ENSWhois indexes it, a few blocks behind the chain.

Names registered new on ENSv2 aren't migrations and aren't listed here; the readiness page counts them. Each name's own page shows its ENSv2 status and history.
